This is an opportunity to master the basics in Year 7 before starting your Year 8 Food lessons. This will involve getting to know the new Food room and the rules and procedures. Basic food hygiene regulations, working independently and as a team. You will work on time management by following recipes within a time allocation and learn about presenting food to a high standard.
Aims of the course:
Building on basic culinary skills and knowledge and getting to know the new food room before food lessons in Year 8.
