Course Description

Mindful colouring: similar to meditation.  It is about focusing the mind on one activity - not thinking about yesterday, today or tomorrow.  It is not about whether the picture produced is good or bad but the process it took to get there.  It is a means of training the mind to focus.

What you will need:

  • Mindfulness colouring sheets.
  • Pencil crayons/felt tips/paints.
