Course Description

This course is a 6-week course that will concentrate on the 3 axioms of Mindfulness: Intention, Attention and Attitude. The course will look at various aspects of day to day life and how we can become more Mindful in every aspect. Relating everyday topics that teens contend with to gain insight and awareness to reactions versus response. Sessions would be PowerPoint based.

  • Learn meditation techniques and understand concepts of mindfulness that will support individual experiential learning, that can be applied to daily life.

Discussion, meditation and handouts.    

What you will need:

School uniform would be fine. There is no need for any particular clothing to be worn.
