Course Description

A taster for pupils into the outdoor skills involved in the Duke of Edinburgh award. This will include map reading skills, survival skills, the countryside code and important parts of nature. The sessions will also look at the importance of volunteering and learning new skills which are a large part of the Duke of Edinburgh award. A great start for anyone hoping to complete the award as they move into Year 9 and 10.
